Can't be more thrilled to share our journey with you. TEJA was born from a problem I faced myself as a teen—finding supplements that were not only healthy but also made just for us. Most options out there are packed with sugar or artificial sweeteners and didn’t consider the unique needs of teenagers. So, I thought: why not create something better?
With the help of leading lifestyle medicine doctors at Stanford and a team of expert food scientists, we developed TEJA. Our gummies are low-sugar, free of artificial sweeteners, made in an NSF-certified facility, and packed with the nutrients teens need for this critical stage of life. And let me tell you—they’re delicious!
But TEJA is more than just a product—it’s a movement. My team and I are on a mission to help teens build healthy habits that last a lifetime. From our online workshops to community initiatives, we want to inspire and empower our generation to live healthier, happier lives. We’re passionate about making a real difference, and we’d love for you to join us on this journey.

Our Roots
Sriteja's mother, also a physician, put him in touch with her colleagues who taught him about nutrition. He used their advice to make his own protein bar, which he optimized over time. Over time, this protein bar evolved in to a joy-filled gummy bottle! During the process, he learned a lot about nutrition and a healthy teenage lifestyle. During his research, Sriteja realized there are many people in the world who are struggling with being overweight or having issues with their diet, and thought those folks should - at the least - have access to healthy snacks.

DECA Club Project
With the help of his school's DECA organization, Sriteja started TEJA as a small business. TEJA has a two-part mission: To create healthy products and to educate teenagers about nutrition and the multi-dimensionality of their health.TEJA's products include protein bars, fiber energy bars, and gummies. (Sriteja used his experience with candy to create gummies with vitamins and fewer chemicals.)
